S.I. No. 193/2018 - Water Services Act 2017 (Part 5) (Establishment Day) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th June, 2018.

I, EOGHAN MURPHY, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 of the Water Services Act 2017 (No. 29 of 2017), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2017 (Part 5) (Establishment Day) Order 2018.

2. The 11th day of June 2018 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 5 of the Water Services Act 2017 (No. 29 of 2017).
