S.I. No. 67/2018 - Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th March, 2018.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 2 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The 7th day of March 2018 is appointed as the day on which the Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 2 of 2018) shall come into operation.
