Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 19th December, 2017.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (No. 26 of 2017), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (Establishment Day) Order 2017.

2. The 1st day of January 2018 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (No. 26 of 2017).
