S.I. No. 530/2017 - Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st December, 2017.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Act 2017 (No. 28 of 2017), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 27th day of November 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Victims of Crime) Act 2017 (No. 28 of 2017), other than sections 19(2)(c) and 30, shall come into operation.
