S.I. No. 520/2017 - Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Part 10) (Commencement) Order 2017

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 28th November, 2017.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Part 10) (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 1st day of December 2017 is appointed as the day on which Part 10 of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011) shall come into operation.

The purpose of this Order is to provide for the commencement of Part 10 of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 which provides for the maintenance of professional competence by providers of property services under the Act.
