S.I. No. 426/2017 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th September, 2017.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Education and Skills and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills) Order 2017.

2. Mr. Roy Dooney, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education and Skills, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Ms. Mary Mitchell O’Connor, Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills, with effect from 14 June 2017.

3. Ms. Lynda McQuaid, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education and Skills, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Ms. Mary Mitchell O’Connor, Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills, with effect from 25 July 2017.
