S.I. No. 424/2017 - Harbours Act 2015 (Drogheda Port Company Transfer Day) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd October, 2017.

I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Harbours Act 2015 (No. 61 of 2015), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 2015 (Drogheda Port Company Transfer Day) Order 2017.

2. The day appointed as the day on which ownership of all shares in the share capital of Drogheda Port Company—

(a) held by the Minister and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, and

(b) held in trust for the Minister,

shall, without the need for any instrument of transfer or other form of assignment, vest in Louth County Council is 2 October 2017.

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Order.
