S.I. No. 416/2017 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th September, 2017.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2017.

2. Mr. Eugene Deering, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed as Special Adviser to Kevin “Boxer” Moran, Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, with effect from 20 June 2017.
