S.I. No. 347/2017 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Defence) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st August, 2017.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Defence and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Defence) Order 2017.

2. Claire Mungovan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Defence, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Paul Kehoe, Minister of State at the Department of Defence, with effect from 14 June 2017.

3. John Coughlan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Defence, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Paul Kehoe, Minister of State at the Department of Defence, with effect from 14 June 2017.
