S.I. No. 204/2017 - Knowledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd May, 2017.

I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Knowledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (No. 6 of 2017), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Knowledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 19th day of May 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Knowledge Development Box (Certification of Inventions) Act 2017 (No. 6 of 2017) shall come into operation.
