S.I. No. 195/2017 - Food Standards (Ice-Cream) (Revocation) Regulations 2017.

I, MARCELLA CORCORAN KENNEDY, Minister of State at the Department of Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 and 56 of the Health Act 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 ) and the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 455 of 2011 )) and the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2016 ( S.I. No. 512 of 2016 ), after consultation with the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Food Standards (Ice-Cream) (Revocation) Regulations 2017.

2. The Food Standards (Ice-cream) Regulations 1952 ( S.I. No. 227 of 1952 ) are revoked.

The purpose of these Regulations is to revoke the Food Standards (Ice-Cream) Regulations 1952 ( S.I. No. 227 of 1952 ).

These Regulations may be cited as the Food Standards (Ice-Cream) (Revocation) Regulations 2017.
