1. In this Act— | ||
“Agreement” means— | ||
(a) the Articles of Agreement of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the text of which is, for ease of reference, set out in the Schedule , and | ||
(b) any amendments to those Articles of Agreement that are approved by Dáil Éireann pursuant to Article 29.5.2° of the Constitution; | ||
“Bank” means the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank established by the Agreement. |
