Amendment of Bail Act 1997 | ||

The Schedule to the Bail Act 1997 is amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph 38 (inserted by section 14 of the Criminal Justice (Female Genital Mutilation) Act 2012 ): | ||
“Offences Relating to Information Systems | ||
39. An offence under section 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 or 6 of the Criminal Justice (Offences Relating to Information Systems) Act 2017.”. |
