Amendment of section 865 of Principal Act

68. Section 865 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (2)—

(a) by the substitution, in paragraph (o), of “section 704(6);” for “section 704(6).”, and

(b) by the insertion of the following paragraphs after paragraph (o):

“(p) section 1401A(5);

(q) section 1459(2);

(r) section 1460(3).”.
