Amendment of section 356 of Principal Act

54. Section 356 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (2)(a), by the deletion of “or 354”,
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (2)(b), by the deletion of “or 354, as the case may be”, and
|
|
| |
(c) in subsection (3), by the substitution of “352(4)” for “352(5)”.
