S.I. No. 579/2016 - Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed Form and Fee) Regulations 2016.

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 ) and the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )) and having consulted with the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed Form and Fee) Regulations 2016,

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 30 November 2016.

2. In these Regulations “Act” means Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011).

3. The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 30 (1) of the Act.

4. The amount of €300 is prescribed as the fee payable for the purposes of section 30 (2) of the Act.

5. The Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed form and fee) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 468 of 2011 ) are revoked.
