Amendment of section 2 of Principal Act

4. Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in paragraph (b) of subsection (1), by the substitution of “€5,000” for “€13,000”, and

(b) in paragraph (b) of subsection (3), by the substitution of “€5,000” for “€13,000”.
