Increase of summary fine - Act of 1994

3. Section 6 of the Act of 1994 is amended—

(a) in subsection (4), by substituting for paragraph (a) the following:

“(a) on summary conviction, to a class A fine, or”,

and

(b) by deleting subsection (5).
