S.I. No. 385/2015 - Industrial Relations Act 1976 (Section 8) Order 2015.


Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th September, 2015.

WHEREAS, I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, am of the opinion that for the speedy dispatch of the business of the Labour Court it is expedient that there should be added to the Labour Court another division;

NOW, I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1976 (No. 15 of 1976) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )), with the consent of the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations Act 1976 (Section 8) Order 2015.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on 10 September 2015.

2. In addition to the divisions of the Court standing established immediately before the commencement of this Order, there shall stand established another division of the Court.
