Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd June, 2015.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (8) of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (No. 9 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (Part 10) (Commencement) Order 2015.

2. The 1st day of July 2015 is appointed as the day on which Part 10 of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (No. 9 of 2015) shall come into operation.
