Miscellaneous amendments to Act of 2004

96. (1) Section 22 (1K) of the Act of 2004 is amended by the substitution of “(1B)(ii)” for “(1B)(b)(ii)”.

(2) Section 25A of the Act of 2004 is amended by the substitution of “(1K)” for “(1J)” in subsections (2) and (3).
