S.I. No. 431/2014 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2014.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th September, 2014.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2014.

2. Caitriona Fitzpatrick, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minster for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, with effect from 7 August 2014.

3. The Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2012 ( S.I. No. 424 of 2012 ) ceases to apply in so far as it relates to the appointment of Ross Mac Mathúna.
