1. In this Act— | ||
“Act of 2002” means Road Traffic Act 2002 ; | ||
“Act of 2014” means Road Traffic Act 2014 ; | ||
“entry”, “penalty point” and “penalty point offence” each has the same meaning as it has in the Act of 2002; | ||
“Minister” means Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. |
