Amendment of section 40 of Act of 1991

43. Subsection (2) of section 40 of the Act of 1991 is amended—

(a) in paragraph (b) by the substitution of “€225,000” for “£100,000”, and

(b) in paragraph (c) by the substitution of “€2,250,000” for “£1,000,000”.
