Construction of references in respect of decisions of High Court being final and not subject to further appeal

76. References (howsoever expressed) contained in any enactment passed or made before the establishment day to a decision or determination of the High Court which is stated to be final shall be construed as being without prejudice to Article 34.5.4 ° of the Constitution.
