Further amendment of Act of 1995

53. The Act of 1995 is amended—

(a) in section 20A(4)(a), by the insertion of “the Court of Appeal,” after “the Supreme Court,”, and

(b) in section 23, by the insertion of “President of the Court of Appeal,” after “Chief Justice,”.
