Amendment of section 36 of Act of 1924
|

21. Section 36 of the Act of 1924 is amended by—
|
|
| |
(a) the designation of that section as subsection (1), and
|
|
| |
(b) the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (1):
|
|
| |
“(2) In this Act, a reference to Part 1 includes a reference to—
|
|
| |
(a) Article 64 of the Constitution, and
|
|
| |
(b) the Court Of Appeal Act 2014.”.
