Amendment of Electoral Act 1992 | ||

1. The Electoral Act 1992 is amended— | ||
(a) in section 41— | ||
(i) in paragraph (j), by deleting “or”, and | ||
(ii) by repealing paragraph (k), | ||
and | ||
(b) in section 42— | ||
(i) in subsection (1), by substituting “subsection (2) ” for “subsections (2) and (3) ”, | ||
(ii) by repealing subsection (3), and | ||
(iii) in subsection (4), by deleting “or (3) ”. |
