Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd January, 2014.

I, BRENDAN HOWLIN T.D., Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 29 of 2013), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 19th day of December 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 29 of 2013) shall come into operation.
