S.I. No. 125/2013 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 16th April, 2013.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2013.

2. Mr. Paul Daly, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, Custom House, Dublin 1, on 23 March 2012, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jan O’Sullivan, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, with effect from 10 April 2012.
