S.I. No. 119/2013 - Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

I, EAMON GILMORE T.D., Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (amended by section 28 of the Passports Act 2008 (No.4 of 2008)) of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Provision of Services) Act 1993 (No. 33 of 1993), as adapted by the Foreign Affairs (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 246 of 2011 ), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

2. The Diplomatic and Consular Fees Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 46 of 2013 ) are amended in Part 1 of the Second Schedule by deleting “but under 65 years of age” in Column (2) at Reference Number 1.

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations.
