S.I. No. 3/2013 - National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (Vesting) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th January, 2013.

I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 7 (8) and 30 (1) of the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (No. 19 of 2006) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 455 of 2011 )), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be sited as the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (Vesting) Order 2013.

2. The land described in the Schedule (and shown outlined in red on the map in the Schedule to this Order) shall, on the 1st day of February 2013, vest in the National Sports Campus Development Authority for all the estate and interest of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine therein but subject to all trusts and equities affecting that land subsisting and capable of being performed.

SCHEDULE

That part of the land described in Schedule 1 to the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 that is shown outlined in red on the map below.

This Order transfers the remaining land owned by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine at Abbotstown, Dublin, to the National Sports Campus Development Authority.
