Repeals | ||

4. (1) Sections 17, 27, 30, 36, 37, 38, 40, 49, 52, 99, 102, 105 and 106 of the Act of 2007 are repealed. | ||
(2) Sections 12, 18A (inserted by section 47 of the Gas Regulation Act 2013 ) and 20 of the Act of 2013 are repealed. | ||
(3) The Local Government (Delimitation of Water Supply Disconnection Powers) Act 1995 is repealed. | ||
(4) The repeal of the provisions of the Act of 2007 effected by subsection (1) shall not have effect for the purposes of the operation of an excluded provision. |
