Amendment of section 59B of Act of 1990

14. Section 59B of the Act of 1990 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by substituting “subsections (2) and (2A)” for “subsection (2)”, and

(b) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2):

“(2A) Subsection (1) shall not apply in relation to a scheme where a direction has been made under section 50(1B).”.
