“Annex V to the Treaty of Accession” means Annex V, in so far as it relates to the free movement of persons, to the Treaty concerning the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, done at Brussels on the 9th day of December 2011;
“European Parliament and Council Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No. 492/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2011 2
