Amendment of section 17 of Child Care Act 1991. | ||

1. Section 17 (2) (as amended by section 75 of the Health Act 2004 ) of the Child Care Act 1991 is amended— | ||
(a) by the substitution of “twenty-nine days” for “twenty-eight days” (as amended by section 267 of the Children Act 2001 ) in each place that it occurs, and | ||
(b) by the substitution of “where an extension is to exceed twenty-nine days” for “where an extension is to exceed eight days”. |
