S.I. No. 557/2011 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th October, 2011.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2011.

2. Mr. Sean McKeown, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, Custom House, Dublin 1 on 1 September 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 3 October 2011.
