Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 16th September, 2011.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (3) of the Criminal Justice (Community Service) (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 24 of 2011), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Community Service) (Amendment) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.

2. The 1st day of October 2011 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Community Service) (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 24 of 2011) shall come into operation.
