The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 10 of 2011), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (Appointed Day) Order 2011. |
||
|
2. The 6th day of July 2011 is appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 10 of 2011). |
||
