Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, T.D., Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Cluster Munitions and Anti-Personnel Mines Act 2008 (No. 20 of 2008), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Cluster Munitions and Anti-Personnel Mines Act 2008 (Convention on Cluster Munitions) Order 2011.

2. It is hereby declared that each state specified in the Schedule to this Order is a Cluster Munitions Convention state.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of January 2011.
