Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2010.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation conferred on him—

(a) by or under the Acts specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1,

(b) by or under the provisions of the Acts specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1, and

(c) under the Regulations specified in Part 3 of Schedule 1,

are delegated to Dara Calleary, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation.

3. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation conferred on him by or under the Acts specified in Schedule 2 are, during the period ending on 31 December 2010, delegated to Dara Calleary, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation.
