S.I. No. 85/2010 - RTÉ (National Television Multiplex) Order 2010.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd March, 2010.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 130(1)(b)(i)(I) of the Broadcasting Act 2009 (No. 18 of 2009), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the RTÉ (National Television Multiplex) Order 2010.

2. The date specified as the date on which the national television multiplex is required to be operational and available free-to-air to approximately 90 per cent of the population is 31 October 2010.
