I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3(1) of the Industrial Development Act 1986 (No. 9 of 1986) (as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1997 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1997 )) and, in so far as this Order relates to banking services, having consulted with the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Service Industries) Order 2010. | ||
2. This Order comes into operation on 23 February 2010. | ||
3. Any undertaking engaged in the provision of a service specified in the Schedule is a service industry for the purpose of the Industrial Development Act 1986 (No. 9 of 1986). | ||
4. The Industrial Development (Service Industries) Order 2003 ( S.I. No. 458 of 2003 ) is revoked. | ||
