Final report of Office.

12.— (1) As soon as may be, but not more than one year, after the commencement of this Act, the Executive shall cause to be prepared and shall furnish a final report of the activities of the Office to the Minister in respect of the period that has not already been the subject of a report to the Minister and that ends immediately before the commencement of this Act.
