Definitions. |
1.— In this Act— | |
“Act of 2002” means the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 ; | ||
“Executive” means the Health Service Executive; | ||
“Minister” means the Minister for Health and Children; | ||
“Office” means the Office of Tobacco Control established under section 9 of the Act of 2002. |
