Amendment of section 115 of Act of 1965.

85.— Section 115 of the Act of 1965 is amended—

(a) by inserting “or civil partner” after “spouse” wherever it appears, and

(b) in subsection (5), by inserting “or civil partner’s” after “spouse’s”.
