Definitions.

2.— In this Part—

“Act of 1933” means the Foreshore Act 1933 ;

“Act of 1992” means the Foreshore (Amendment) Act 1992 ;

“commencement date” means the date on which this Part and Schedule 1 come into operation under section 1 (4).
