Amendment of Criminal Procedure Act 1967.

17.— The Criminal Procedure Act 1967 is amended—

(a) in section 13(1), by inserting “71A,” after “or an offence under section 71,”, and

(b) in section 29(1), by inserting, in paragraph (l), “71A,” after “an offence under section 71,”.
