Amendment of section 71 of Act of 2006.

4.— Section 71 of the Act of 2006 is amended—

(a) in subsection (2)(d), by substituting “person ordinarily resident in the State” for “stateless person habitually resident in the State”, and

(b) by deleting subsection (5).
