Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009

Amendment to section 4 of Criminal Justice Act 1984.

47.— Section 4 (as amended by section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1997 and section 34 of the Criminal Justice Act 1999 ) of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 is hereby amended—

(a) by the deletion of subsection (6), and

(b) in subsection (9), by the deletion of “(6) or”.
